Reinventing Nursing Education |
It’s impossible to deliver nurse training in overcrowded emergency departments with high vacancies. You organise study days, but have to cancel them to make sure your department is staffed safely.
Your nurses feel undervalued and with each cancelled session, staff morale worsens. Your nurses begin to resign, taking their experience and skills with them. This worsens your staffing crisis, making it harder to deliver training and safe patient care. But it doesn’t have to be like that. Time Short Training breaks this cycle with our high-quality training programme that:
|
What do nurses think?
"I am enjoying learning again. You can get a bit tired just working. I have started looking up drugs and conditions again"
Lisa, Band 7 |
"TST has been a saving grace for our department. Scott made it effortless for us. His content is fun, engaging and leaves you wanting more. Our nurses feel valued and our patients are safer".
Claire, PDN |
